4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (unless specified).
Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
COD may include additional charges and is available only in selected pin codes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–7 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.
Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Standard products can be returned/replaced within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Custom logo/branding products are non-returnable & non-refundable unless defective.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

7. Bulk Orders

Special discounts are available for bulk orders (usually 20+ items).
Bulk orders may require advance payment or partial deposit before processing.
Customization (logo, design, color) will be confirmed before production.
