1. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days for most locations in India.
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days depending on courier availability.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen factors like weather, courier partner issues, or festive seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small COD fee may apply.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected pin codes.
Customers must pay the full amount at the time of delivery.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped only within India.

6. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeline, please contact us with your order number.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
