Return & Replacement Policy

At Ruchisurgicals, we ensure that every product is carefully checked before dispatch. Since our products are medical and professional use related, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except in the case of damaged or defective products.

1. Eligibility for Return & Replacement

• Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
• Customers must provide unboxing video proof clearly showing the damage/defect at the time of opening the package.
• Without valid video proof, return/replacement requests will not be accepted.

2. Conditions

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags/labels intact.
• Customized items (with client logo or special modifications) are not eligible for return/replacement unless damaged in transit.

3. Process

1. Share your order number and video proof with us via email or WhatsApp.
2. Our team will verify the claim.
3. If approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.
4. Refunds are not applicable. Only replacement will be provided.
