1. Returns
- You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags/labels intact.
- Certain items such as customized uniforms with client logos, personal-use items, or hygiene-related products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Policy
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please contact us.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After dispatch, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.
